Q. Are all your products really handmade?
Yes! Every product at Mystic Aura is 100% handmade in small batches using natural, skin-safe ingredients with no harmful chemicals.
Q. Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Absolutely. We formulate our products to be gentle, non-irritating, and suitable for all skin types. However, we always recommend a patch test before full use.
Q. Are your press-on nails reusable?
Yes! All our press-on nails are reusable when removed carefully and stored properly. Use nail glue for long wear or adhesive tabs for temporary glam.
Q. Do your perfumes contain alcohol?
No. Our perfume sprays are alcohol-free, made with essential oils and hydrosols that are safe and long-lasting.

Q. Do you ship all over India?
Yes, we currently ship Pan India through trusted courier partners.
Q. When will I receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and typically delivered in 4–7 working days, depending on your location.
Q. How can I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp once your order is shipped.

Q. Can I return or replace a product?
Yes! We offer a 7-day return/replacement policy for damaged, wrong, or defective items.
Contact us with photos or an unboxing video within 48 hours of delivery.
Q. How will I get my refund?
If eligible, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
