Return, Refund & Replacement Policy

At Mystic Aura, we want you to love every product you receive. Each item is handmade with care, but in case something doesn't go right, we offer a 7-day return, refund, and replacement policy under the conditions below.


Return & Replacement Eligibility (within 7 days of delivery):

You are eligible for a free replacement or return if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or leaking upon arrival

  • You received the wrong item

  • The product is expired or spoiled

  • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging

📸 Note: Please share clear photos or an unboxing video within 48 hours of delivery to raise a return or replacement request.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items:

Due to hygiene and safety concerns, the following cannot be returned:

  • Used/opened skincare or lip care products

  • Press-on nails that have been applied

  • Items requested for return after 7 days of delivery


💰 Refund Policy:

  • If your product is out of stock or can’t be replaced, a full refund will be issued.

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue is due to damage or wrong product.


🛑 Order Cancellations:

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them.

  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

  2. Include your order number, issue, and product photos or video

  3. Our team will guide you through the next steps within 24–48 hours

  • We reserve the right to reject returns if items do not meet the policy terms.

  • All returns are subject to quality checks before refund or replacement is approved.
