Return, Refund & Replacement Policy
At Mystic Aura, we want you to love every product you receive. Each item is handmade with care, but in case something doesn't go right, we offer a 7-day return, refund, and replacement policy under the conditions below.
✅ Return & Replacement Eligibility (within 7 days of delivery):
You are eligible for a free replacement or return if:

The product is damaged, defective, or leaking upon arrival

You received the wrong item

The product is expired or spoiled

The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
📸 Note: Please share clear photos or an unboxing video within 48 hours of delivery to raise a return or replacement request.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items:
Due to hygiene and safety concerns, the following cannot be returned:

Used/opened skincare or lip care products

Press-on nails that have been applied

Items requested for return after 7 days of delivery
💰 Refund Policy:

If your product is out of stock or can’t be replaced, a full refund will be issued.

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue is due to damage or wrong product.
🛑 Order Cancellations:

Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them.

Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
